Defining Development
CIP is an independent Belgian real estate developer, active in both Belgium and Luxembourg, with 35 years of experience during which they have completed numerous projects. CIP handles the whole of the development process: from conception and site acquisition to the construction and sale of completed projects. CIP concentrates its efforts on the development of office buildings and the redevelopment of existing urban sites for mixed use purposes.
CIP is proud to offer projects of the highest possible standards to its clients – leaseholders, investors and end-users. The shareholder of the CIP Group, Hans Goessens, is driven by an ambition to develop significant projects which possess the added dimension of increasing the quality of work, life and leisure in an urban context.
