Description:

Kop van Kessel-Lo is a mixed urban re-development located at the east side of the Central Railway Station of Leuven. Comprising office buildings, apartment buildings, retail surfaces, public and private underground parking and 2 hotels, it harmoniously blends the urban functions of living, working, shopping and staying. The total surface of this project is about 74,000 sqm. The entire Kop van Kessel-Lo was built respecting the highest standards and the latest energy and ecological legislation.

The lion share of this new and vital part of Leuven was finalized in 2011. The last City Square apartment was sold in November 2011. The apartments of the City Gate building were the last part of the area to be put on the market (end 2011/beginning 2012). There is currently one model apartment open for visits, and two more will follow in February (visits on demand, please contact us). The next “Open Deur Dag” for City Gate will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012.

Besides a limited number of City Gate apartments, we still have some great opportunities for both offices and commercial spaces.
