    Frederik Sieben is the assistant to the chairman. He joined the CIP Group after having worked many years as financial director. The last 9 years he worked in the real estate branch. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics.

    CIP’s operations are managed by Hans Goessens (MSc and MRE) who has held respectable positions at several internationally renowned real estate firms.

    COMMERCIAL MANAGER

    Wim Stroobants focuses on the commercialisation of the CIP projects and as such, he is the first contact for tenants and residential buyers. In his days before CIP, Wim Stroobants made a living as a commercial manager for several agents and developing firms.

    INGRID LIJNEN

    FINANCIAL MANAGER

    Ingrid Lijnen is in charge of all aspects concerning finance, accounting and control for both CIP and the other companies represented within the CIP Group. She joined CIP after having gained more than 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager and Director. Ingrid Lijnen also obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics: orientation Finance and Accounting.

    Johan Milis takes care of all accounting and ICT-related matters of the CIP group. He has been employed for more than 15 years by CIP.

    CORPORATE LAWYER

    Petra Vannerom is the company lawyer and joined CIP after having gathered many years of experience in managing the the legal aspects of investing at the Flanders Investment Company and BKWM. She has a Master’s Degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

    DIRECTOR PROJECTS

    Rudi op ’t Roodt is a structural engineer with a broad experience in the world of construction. As CIP’s Director of Projects, his responsibility lies in the realisation of all CIP projects and running the Project Management department. In a past life, he used to be the project manager in a construction company and the director of a company of interior finishings.

    BOPRO

    PROJECT MANAGERS

    In the past, CIP has appealed to BOPRO project managers to manage several construction sites and deliver certain in-house services. Currently, BOPRO project managers 1, 2 and 3 have been taken on board to help out with the KvKL project in Leuven.
