PROFILE

CIP is an independent Belgian real estate developer, active in both Belgium and Luxemburg, with a proven track record, supported by more than 30 years of experience.

The complete development process is handled from conceptual idea, site acquisition and construction right up to final delivery of the project to our customers.

Our main activities are focused on the development of corporate and institutional office buildings and the redevelopment of existing urban sites with mixed use purposes.

For these operations the CIP organization has a dynamic and versatile team, consisting of experienced professionals who are experts in their domains.

MISSION

CIP aims at delivering perfect projects to their clients: tenants, investors and end-users.

A personal ambition of the share holders of the CIP group, Werner Lizen and Hans Goessens, is to aim for the development of significant projects that add value to the quality of work, life and leisure in an urban context.
